Three teenagers and two adults poses quite the challenge when you are all sharing one bathroom up stairs. The client loved their Metro West home and didn’t have any intentions of moving, so what is the resolution?

Adding one large dormer would give us the opportunity to create a deluxe master bathroom above the existing family room space. A large soak in tub and large rain head in the shower was the perfect solution of creating a relaxing space for our clients.

Adding more space gave our clients exactly what they needed to have a home that grew with their family. “Working with Encore was an excellent experience. We used their design capabilities as well as building/general contracting. The construction work was efficient and the quality of fit and finish was very high. We were doing an addition to an existing house and living in the house during construction. Encore did a nice job containing the construction area so that the disruption to our lives was minimal.”
