Kathy DeMeyer
Operations Manager
Kathy joined Encore in 2003 as Production Manager. In August of 2007, she became Operations Manager for our Cape location and expanded her role to include operations for our Sudbury location in 2011. Kathy splits her week between the Cape and Sudbury areas, where she supervises the production of our clients’ smaller projects, coordinates warranty work and runs our HomeWatch services. Kathy holds a Construction Supervisor License and OSHA Certification.
