Dale R. Nikula
President & CEO
Dale founded Encore Construction in 1995 with a commitment to
providing superior service and an exceptional building experience.
That commitment remains the foundation for Encore’s high client
referral and repeat business. He earned his Bachelors Degree from
Boston University and is a former United States Marine Corps
Sergeant. Dale is a Certified Remodeler and both a founding
member of the Cape Cod Chapter of the National Association of
the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and a past board member of the
Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod.
Encore has two showroom locations – Dennisport that services
Cape Cod and Sudbury that services the Metro West area.
